Thai
Yoga Massage
A dynamic bodywork therapy based on yoga and
Ayurveda, born in the temples of Thailand. In this
unique healing system of Thai Yoga Massage - also
called Nuad Boran and widely known as traditional
Thai massage - the practitioner guides the recipient
through a series of yoga postures while palming and
thumbing along the body's energy ("Sen")
lines and pressures points. Together these actions
result in a comprehensive full body treatment that
relieves muscular tension, improves circulation,
boosts the immune system and balances the body
energetically. Thai Yoga Massage is performed
on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner
are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of
movement and flexibility. No oils or creams are used.
Kalari Marma Massage
Originally used by kalari payyat martial artists in
kerala, india, to increase flexibility and to protect
the body's vital energy points, the kalari marma
massage is now enjoyed throughout the state of kerala
for its relaxing and rejuvenating effects. It
is performed with the client laying on a comfortable
floor mat, and involves the use of therapuetic
oil(the type is chosen for the client's particular
body type/condition). The practitioner performs
54 strokes to the clients,repeated 3, 5, or 7 times
each(again depending upong the body type) most of
which are long and flowing, running the body's energy
lines and indirectly energizing all marma points
located from the neck down, leaving the client
feeling oh so good!
Ayurvedic Neck, Head, and Face Massage
Be prepared to get pampered!
Abhyanga - Ayurvedic oil massage
Abhyanga actually means "the putting of
oil", but today is a general term for the
traditional Ayurvedic massage. Herb-infused oil
is liberally applied to the body of the client,
followed by long, flowing massage strokes which
create heat, thus allowing the body to better absorb
the oil. This massage helps to balance
aggravation of the Vata dosha, but is highly
beneficial for all body types, for, as ayurvedic
doctors say, "every day the body is drying
out". The regular putting of oil can help
reduce the effects of aging. The massage is
truly divine, and has the following benefits:
Increased circulation, especially to nerve endings
Toning of the muscles and the whole physiology
Calming for the nerves
Lubrication of the joints
Increased mental alertness
Improved elimination of impurities from the body
Softer, smoother skin
Increased levels of stamina through the day
Better, deeper sleep at night

This year JoJo will be offering various Sound Healing
Treatments at True Nature.
Prayerful Resonance Chant Healing (PR) is life a
changing individual healing experience.By
acknowledging the more connected and expansive layers
of consciousness in the recipient, through the
resonance of ancient mantras and primordial sounds PR
helps to connect and heal areas in the physical, and
energetic bodies.
At the deepest levels of awareness we are all in
total connection with the One Source.Prayerful
Resonance Chant Healing works to activate this
knowing.
Spiritual energy is invited back into areas that have
been previously shut down, reconnecting the
individual with the his/her larger knowing of self.
Remote Healings
The majority of Prayerful Resonance Chant Healings
are done as "Distance" healings. Although,
on the superficial level, the recipient and the healer are in
different Physical locations these
"Distant" healings are actually not distant
at all. This type of healing activates and helps
awaken parts of the self that are non physical in
nature yet have a direct affect on the body.
By eliminating the resistance or distractions of a
physical experience we are able drop into a different
level of awareness and receptivity. In actuality,
these remote healings are often more more potent and
work on a deeper level than the sessions done in
person.
PR in person: If you would
prefer to be present for your healing and can get to
the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts this
can easily be arranged. The
recipient lies on a comfortable mat while they
recieve various chants and mantras that spirit
wants them to hear and feel. These positive
vibrations can awaken new levels of emotion and
spiritual awareness, bringing one into a new
level of harmony with the world. The recipient
needs only to relax and allow these new energies to
pour in.
Prayerful Resonance Divination
In addition to the positive vibrations of the sound
work, this added component includes a written
synopsis of information that is
"downloaded" during the healing. Like a
road map, this information can help us see where we
stand, what brought us to this point, and how to
navigate our terrain.
Some of the navigational tools often included are:
-Methods for letting go of unhealthy belief systems
or thought patterns
-Affirmations or practices to help embody a new
vibration
-Suggestions of music or simple mantras to use
***Wellness
Treatments are seperate from the tuition of the
programs unless noted. Costs vary depending on the
treatment.
