Happy equinox!!! May you all sprout new beginnings on
your sacred path, as the earth once again brings forth
new life...



Note from Allison...

Grateful to be sending you all equinox blessings from
the tropics! Thank you sooo much to those who have
helped us manifest this beautiful, amazing reality.
Your loving support, inspiration, laughter, and belief
in our vision has given the strength needed to to
begin this co-creation.

At the casa, we are building a deck and planting many
gardens. We continue to observe the land and listen
to the subtle surrounding rhythms. I give thanks to
the divine for the innumerable gifts I enjoy in these
moments.

Bless you all through these early spring days.

"Pura Vida"- Pure life is Costa Rica's mantra. It's
a phrase that I hear numerous times daily from the
beings I am currently surrounded by. In reflection on
the last three months, I see how "pura vida"
consciousness is a divine gift we have been given as
we re-learn and re-discover the depths of our true
nature.

These months have been a lot about listening and
learning, as Allison mentioned above; Listening and
learning from the land, the culture, the animals, each
other and ourselves. As new beginnings arise, I
believe we are becoming well equipped to continue our
journey as we prepare to take serious action towards
solidifying our vision for the future.

Personally, I have been praying, singing lots,
practicing yoga, building gardens, planting seeds,
learning spanish, drinking cocos and doing integrated
works with the surrounding community, and myself. In
truth, I have never felt sooo connected to a place on
earth thus far as I do La Florida. Each day I rise
more deeply in love with all the life forms around me.
I am grateful, and looking soo forward to the day
that you come to experience "Pura Vida" with us.

tranquilla con la tierra. Yo siento mucho amor para
todos personas en mi communidid, mi pueblo, y el

Benediciones.
As the equinox is upon us I feel a sense of balance
emerging within. In the past days as I've peeled away
layers of the coconut, I have also been continually
peeling away layers of myself. My communal family, the
village, and the Earth which surrounds has been
providing abundant support in this powerful transition
in this part of my life. Awareness, patience,
acceptance, and letting go have been the key themes in
the past months. The seeds from our gardens have
sprouted and now provide nourishment, energy which
helps us continue to work on our foundation. The
vision is becoming clearer, and drop by drop, the
spring of True Nature is birthing. Thank you for all
of your prayers and support. I await the moment when
we get the oppertunity to share this life with you.
